Step 1Before uploading the video file of your presentation, please read and understand:

CONSENT TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF ON-DEMAND VIDEOS
I give my consent to WCCM-APCOM 2022 to use my name in connection with my on-demand video, and to use, reproduce, exhibit or distribute my on-demand video in whole or in part in perpetuity in any and all media throughout WCCM-APCOM 2022. I release WCCM-APCOM 2022 from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may hereafter have for any violation of any personal or proprietary right we may have in connection with such use of video, voice or name in any medium.
NOTE TO PARTICIPANTS
Collected on-demand videos will be incorporated into the processing systems of Atlas Co., Ltd. (https://www.atlas.jp/english), so that they can be seen by speakers/others who are virtually attending. These on-demand videos will be stored and be available from 24 July to 30 September, 2022 on the same platform, through a link, but will remain the property of the participant himself/herself.
Step 2For the video file of your presentation, please comply with the following instructions:
- The video file must be mp4, mov, wmv or avi and should not exceed 3GB.
- The recommended aspect ratio of the video is 16:9.
- The duration of the video must be:
I. Plenary and semi-plenary lectures: Within 45 min
II. Keynote presentation: 40 min
III. Regular presentation: 20 min
